Ham & Cheese Scrolls

This recipe is one of my favorites.  Whenever my sister-in-law comes to visit, she asks me to make these - along with baked ziti.  But, that's a post for another time.  I made these last weekend for Nancy and they were a hit.  Here's the recipe:
1 sheet of puff pastry
2 tbsp of pesto - I tend to use a little more
6 thin slices of honey ham
6 thin slices of Swiss Cheese

Roll out the pastry to a rectange shape.  Spread the pesto over it.  Top with the ham slices, then the cheese.  Roll one of the long sides of the pastry to the middle.  Repeat with the other side.  Cut the roll into slices with a bread knife.  Bake on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper at 425 degrees for 11 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
